Wycombe Wanderers and Plymouth Argyle shared the points in a 1-1 draw at Adams Park, a League One matchday two meeting settled by one goal in each half.
Plymouth broke the deadlock in the 24th minute, Will Evans converting a chance from Bradley Ibrahim, who had come on for the injured Malachi Boateng just 16 minutes earlier. Wycombe levelled in the 75th minute through Connor Taylor, finished off a pass from Ewan Henderson.
Wycombe had the better of possession, 65% to 35%, and edged the shot count 14 to 12, five on target to Plymouth's three; Plymouth's goalkeeper made three saves to Wycombe's two.
Plymouth committed the heavier share of fouls, 15 to Wycombe's 10, and took three of the match's four yellow cards: Wes Harding (74'), scorer Will Evans for a handball (79') and Bradley Ibrahim (83'). Henderson picked up Wycombe's only caution, for a foul just before half-time. There were no red cards.
