Bottom club Wolves snatched a remarkable 2-2 draw against Premier League leaders Arsenal at Molineux, levelling in stoppage time through a Riccardo Calafiori own goal after teenage substitute Tom Edozie's crisp strike, on a night that shook up the Premier League title race.
Bukayo Saka's early opener and Piero Hincapie's first Arsenal goal early in the second half had put Mikel Arteta's side in apparent cruise control after an utterly dominant first half, only for Hugo Bueno's superb curling finish and a chaotic finale to transform the contest. Arsenal still extended their lead at the top to five points, but with the equaliser going in off Calafiori and Wolves earning a point in stoppage time, this felt like far more than a routine draw.
Saka strikes early as leaders take control
Arsenal arrived at Molineux knowing victory would strengthen their grip on the Premier League summit, and they seemed on course for just that when Bukayo Saka struck early. His finish settled any early nerves and allowed the visitors to impose themselves almost at will against a Wolves side sitting at the bottom of the table.
