Luka Vuskovic headed his first goal in English football in the 70th minute to earn Brighton a 1-1 draw with Leeds at the Amex Stadium, cancelling out Jayden Bogle's opener from the 14th.
Leeds, who stay unbeaten after three league games, should have been out of sight long before that. Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Ao Tanaka and Anton Stach all had chances or goals taken away from them, while Brighton, who finished with 67% of the possession and 20 shots to Leeds' 10, needed most of an hour to find any rhythm. The point leaves Leeds on five points from their opening three league games and Brighton on four.
Both managers left feeling there was more to be had. Leeds head coach Daniel Farke said after the match: "If you don't bury the game, then Brighton has enough quality to come back and score."
