First-half goals from Daniel Udoh and Kallum Cesay helped Salford City condemn Gillingham to a fifth league game without a win following a 2-1 victory at Priestfield Stadium.
Josh Andrews pulled one back for the hosts before the interval, but Salford weathered second-half pressure to hold on for all three points.
Visitors Race Into Control
The visitors took the lead inside seven minutes when Adebola Oluwo's pass picked out Udoh and he slotted an effort beyond substitute goalkeeper Jake Turner.
