Swansea City beat Burnley 3-1 in the Championship on 12 September, with Adam Idah and Moussa Yeo scoring before half-time, Largie Ramazani pulling one back and substitute Zan Vipotnik sealing the win. Burnley are bottom of the table and still without a league win after seven games.
The result lifted Swansea to 14 points from seven games, level with West Ham, Southampton and West Brom and behind the first two on goal difference. It followed a 3-1 defeat at Southampton four days earlier, their first league loss of the season.
Burnley head coach Nicky Hayen said after the match: "Swansea won the game today but we lost it in the first half. We started actually quite well, we created as many opportunities as Swansea in the first half, but we made two individual mistakes and we are 2-0 down."
