Doncaster Rovers and Bolton Wanderers played out a 1-1 draw, with Glenn Middleton's early second-half strike cancelled out by substitute Kyle Dempsey 12 minutes from time.
Middleton fired Doncaster into a deserved lead, only for Dempsey to level with the Trotters' first effort on target. Both sides pushed for a winner in the closing stages but neither could carve out a clear-cut opportunity.

Doncaster had the better of the first half, with skipper Owen Bailey drawing a fine save from Bolton goalkeeper Tyler Miller with a flicked header towards the top corner. Jay McGrath also tested Miller with a stabbed effort from the heart of the box.
