Swindon Town kept up the pressure at the top of League Two with a 2-1 victory away at fellow promotion-chasers Chesterfield. Goals in either half from Finley Munroe and Joe Snowdon proved enough for Ian Holloway's side in a contest between two of the division's leading hopefuls.
John Fleck scored for the home side, who were unable to find an equaliser despite enjoying plenty of possession across the contest. The defeat came at a cost for the visitors too, with Munroe shown a second booking and sent off in time added on.
Goals Traded Inside Two Minutes
Swindon struck first in the eighth minute when Munroe met Ollie Palmer's cross and headed powerfully past Chesterfield keeper Zach Hemming to give the visitors an early lead.
