Leyton Orient earned their first back-to-back victories of the season after holding on to a 2-1 win over Peterborough United. Goals from Jack Simpson and Tyreeq Bakinson looked set to be enough for the east London side, but a late Jimmy-Jay Morgan effort made for a nervous finale.
Orient took the lead two minutes before the break when captain Simpson prodded in a cross from Charlie Wellens past goalkeeper Alex Bass, and they held firm late on to see the result through.
Simpson Strikes Before the Break
The opening goal arrived just before half-time as Simpson turned in Wellens' delivery beyond Bass to give the hosts the lead.
