Burton Albion produced a stunning second-half performance to comprehensively beat play-off chasing Stockport County 3-0 at the Pirelli Stadium.
A brace from Tyrese Shade and George Evans' first goal since December 2021 made it back-to-back home wins for Burton for the first time since April 2025.
Albion Edge a Tense First Half
With plenty at stake at both ends of the league table, both sides wanted a positive start, and it was Albion who had the better of the first-half chances. Jake Beesley robbed Ethan Pye but saw his shot saved by Ben Hinchliffe, while Odin Bailey forced a good save from Albion keeper Brad Collins.
