Ismaila Sarr scored twice as Crystal Palace beat AZ Alkmaar 3-1 at Selhurst Park to claim their first home victory in a major European competition and reignite their Conference League campaign.
Maxence Lacroix opened the scoring with a fierce half-volley before Sarr added two of his own either side of Sven Mijnans's reply, lifting Oliver Glasner's side to ninth in the league phase after three matches.

Palace started in entertaining fashion, peppering the AZ goal with 12 shots and five on target in a dominant opening 45 minutes. A Sarr volley from a long Jefferson Lerma throw struck the post, before the Senegal forward won a penalty after being taken out by goalkeeper Rome-Jayden Owusu-Oduro.
