Queens Park Rangers twice came from behind to beat play-off-chasing Hull City 3-2 in a frantic Championship contest at Loftus Road, ending their four-match winless run and snapping a sequence of three straight home defeats.
Joe Gelhardt and Enis Destan put the visitors ahead on two occasions, but Ilias Chair and captain Jimmy Dunne hauled Rangers level before Rumarn Burrell swept in the winner midway through the second half, lifting the Londoners from 18th to 15th in the table on 22 points while Hull stayed sixth despite suffering their fifth league defeat of the season.
Rangers Dominate Early but Gelhardt Strikes First
Rangers began on the front foot, buoyed by the return of Jake Clarke-Salter for his first appearance since hip surgery in January, and the centre-back immediately made his presence felt with a teasing ball in from the left that caused panic in the Hull area, forcing goalkeeper Ivor Pandur to save from Burrell before Ryan Giles blocked Richard Kone's follow-up effort.
