Jacob Ramsey's 87th-minute finish gave Newcastle a 2-2 draw with Bournemouth at St James' Park on 5 September, wiping out a two-goal deficit and preserving Matthias Jaissle's unbeaten start as the club's manager.
Marco Rose's side had been the better team for long spells. Marcus Tavernier scored in the eighth minute and a Malick Thiaw own goal in the 34th made it 2-0, only for Harvey Barnes to reply in the 36th. Bournemouth had 17 shots to Newcastle's eight, and five on target to two, yet left with a single point.
It was the third successive Premier League game in which Bournemouth surrendered a lead. They had still to win under Rose, and are the first Premier League side to open the scoring in each of their first three games and win none of them.
