Ashley Phillips scored in the 90th minute to give Middlesbrough a 4-3 win over Norwich City in a seven-goal Championship thriller at the Riverside. Boro had led 3-1, only for two Norwich substitutes to drag the visitors level, before Phillips struck with his first league goal.
Mohamed Toure put Norwich ahead inside the first minute, but Sebastian Berhalter levelled in the 3rd minute and Amario Cozier-Duberry made it 2-1 in the 6th. Berhalter added a second in the 35th minute to send Kim Hellberg's side in with a two-goal cushion.
Hellberg pointed to the way his team finished it. "The character of the players won us the game," the Middlesbrough head coach said after the match.
