Northampton Town picked up their first point of the season as they were held to a goalless draw by newly promoted Bradford City at Sixfields.
There was little in the way of goalmouth action throughout the game, with a particularly scrappy first half offering scant entertainment for either set of supporters.
Bradford Carry The Early Threat
Bradford carried virtually all of the early threat, albeit without creating anything clear-cut. Stephen Humphrys and Tommy Leigh both shot off target from long range, while Josh Neufville would have been through on goal but for good defensive work by Max Dyche.
