MK Dons continued their fine run of form with a 3-2 win at Cheltenham, with goals from Curtis Nelson, Callum Paterson and Marvin Ekpiteta proving enough to see off a spirited home response.
Jake Bickerstaff and Isaac Hutchinson found the net for Cheltenham, but a side that had now lost four in a row in all competitions came up just short against Paul Warne's in-form visitors.
Visitors Take Command
Warne's side, who had won three and drawn one of their previous four, made a confident start. Joe Day spooned away a low drive from Ben Wiles in the second minute, and the home keeper then denied Aaron Collins after the forward raced through on goal.
