Plymouth Argyle kept their League One play-off hopes alive with a 3-1 win at struggling AFC Wimbledon, with Alex Mitchell, Lorent Tolaj and Bim Pepple doing the damage against the south London side at Plough Lane.
Wimbledon's lone reply came through an Alistair Smith tap-in shortly after half-time, but Plymouth's quality told and the result left the Dons in deep trouble at the wrong end of the table.
Plymouth Strike Early
Plymouth were well on top in the opening stages and took the lead after just five minutes. A corner from Ronan Curtis found Malachi Boateng and then Mitchell at the far post, who bundled the ball home.
