Nathaniel Mendez-Laing and Aaron Nemane both scored as MK Dons beat Fleetwood Town 2-1 in League Two, a result that continued the Dons' recent positive form.
Substitute Ched Evans pulled a goal back for Fleetwood, but the Cod Army were unable to mount a fightback to prevent the hosts from taking all three points. Paul Warne's side have now lost just one of their last nine league games.
Hosts Set the Tone
The hosts had the better of the early chances. Mendez-Laing was denied by Fleetwood keeper Jay Lynch on a counter-attack, while Callum Paterson hit the side netting with another of MK Dons' promising openings.
