Arsenal made it two wins from two in the Champions League league phase as Gabriel Martinelli's early tap-in and Bukayo Saka's stoppage-time strike sealed a 2-0 win over Olympiakos at the Emirates Stadium.
Martinelli pounced after Viktor Gyokeres's shot rebounded off the post, before Saka, on as a second-half substitute, slid a pass from Martin Odegaard through the legs of Kostas Tzolakis to settle a tie that had grown nervier than the home crowd would have liked.
Martinelli pounces on Gyokeres rebound
Odegaard sparked an early move that saw Martinelli somehow glance a Myles Lewis-Skelly cross off target when seemingly clear in front of goal. The breakthrough was not long in coming. In the 12th minute, Odegaard slipped Gyokeres through and the striker bulldozed between two defenders before seeing his shot bounce back off the post, leaving Martinelli with the simplest of tap-ins from a tight angle.
