Leyton Orient 2-3 Wycombe Wanderers: Hounsell's side win first game since Duff sacking

Wycombe Wanderers won for the first time this season, beating Leyton Orient 3-2 in League One just days after sacking manager Michael Duff. Interim head coach Tom Hounsell oversaw the win, which was also the Chairboys' first away victory since March.

Jayden Wareham, Fred Onyedinma and Daniel Harvie scored for the visitors, while Orient's two replies came either side of the break, the first an own goal from Jack Grimmer.

Wareham Strikes First, Onyedinma Restores the Lead

Wareham put Wycombe ahead in the 12th minute, pouncing after Orient defender Isaac Hayden took a poor first touch. Orient were level in the 36th minute when a cross from Yusuf Akhamrich was turned into his own net by Grimmer.
