Spirited strugglers Shrewsbury fought back to claim a point in a 1-1 draw at League Two leaders Walsall, denying the table-toppers a win they felt was theirs for the taking.
On-loan Charlton striker Daniel Kanu scored for the fifth game running to give Walsall an early lead, but Tom Anderson's deflected equaliser earned Town a third successive draw and trimmed the Saddlers' cushion at the summit.
Kanu's Thunderbolt and a Glaring Miss
Walsall led inside three minutes as Kanu brilliantly turned his marker 25 yards out and unleashed a thunderbolt that flew past Will Brook and in off the bar.
