Arsenal stayed five points clear at the top of the Premier League after a scarcely believable 2-1 win over bottom club Wolverhampton Wanderers, decided by two Wolves own goals and a stoppage-time twist at the Emirates Stadium.
Sam Johnstone's 70th-minute own goal finally broke the visitors' resistance and seemed set to drag a strangely flat Arsenal over the line. But when Tolu Arokodare headed a 90th-minute equaliser, the leaders looked to have thrown away two precious points against a side without a league win this season. Deep into added time, though, Bukayo Saka's cross was glanced into his own net by Yerson Mosquera, sealing a dramatic and desperately cruel defeat for Rob Edwards' team.
