Harry Kane scored twice as Bayern Munich exploited a series of Chelsea errors to win 3-1 in the Champions League, ending the visitors' positive opening to the contest and underlining the gap in experience between the two sides.
Trevoh Chalobah's own goal put Bayern in front, Kane added a penalty before half-time and then sealed the result with a curled finish in the 63rd minute. Cole Palmer's expert strike on his 100th Chelsea appearance briefly dragged the Blues back into the game, but Enzo Maresca's young side were ultimately out-thought by a streetwise Bayern.
