Josh Andrews scored in his second successive game as Gillingham defeated Notts County 1-0 to stay unbeaten in League Two. The big striker headed home Remeao Hutton's cross early in the second half to extend the club's undefeated run in the league to 20 games.
Gareth Ainsworth's side were defensively resolute and limited Notts County to few chances, with the single goal proving enough to lift Gillingham to the top end of the table, level with leaders Swindon.
An Opening Half of Half-Chances
The hosts nearly took the lead in fortuitous circumstances when a left-footed cross from Hutton missed everybody inside the box and Magpies keeper Kelle Roos had to be alert low to his right to palm the ball clear.
