Danny Ings scored an 89th-minute equaliser on his Wycombe Wanderers debut to salvage a 2-2 draw with Reading in League One, denying the visitors a first away league win of the season.
The former England striker, who signed for the club on Friday, replaced Ewan Henderson in the 71st minute and finished after being set up by Fred Onyedinma. Reading had led twice, through Paudie O'Connor and substitute Jacob Brown.
Reading Dominate Before the Break
The visitors were the better side in the first half, when Joe Wildsmith, making his debut in the Wycombe goal, made important saves from Paddy Lane and Jack Marriott. Reading had 10 attempts to Wycombe's seven in the opening 45 minutes, two of them on target to none for the home side.
