Humphrys and Powell turn it round: Bradford come from behind to knock Orient out of the Carabao Cup

· Match Report

Bradford City came from behind to beat Leyton Orient 3-1 in the Carabao Cup third round, an all League One tie settled by goals from Will Swan, Stephen Humphrys and Nick Powell after Macaulay Gillesphey had put through his own net.

Gillesphey's own goal came in the 37th minute, Swan levelled in the 44th, Humphrys headed Bradford in front in the 57th and Powell volleyed the third in the 87th. Humphrys had a hand in two of the three, the pass for Swan's goal and the finish for the second, and the win takes Bradford into the fourth round.

Both managers rotated heavily. The two sides made 17 changes between them from their previous league fixtures, ten of them by Bradford, who had beaten Mansfield Town 1-0 the weekend before while Orient drew 1-1 at Luton Town.
