Exeter goalkeeper Jack Bycroft scored a sensational equaliser deep into stoppage time to salvage a point for his side in a six-goal thriller with League One play-off hopefuls Stockport. The 24-year-old shot-stopper went forward and powered home a brilliant header from Danny Andrew's corner with the final act of a pulsating game.
The dramatic leveller kept alive Exeter's survival hopes and also sparked celebrations for Cardiff, who were promoted as a result of Stockport dropping points in an end-to-end encounter.
County Race Into a Two-Goal Lead
Stockport struck first on nine minutes when a cross from Jack Diamond was not dealt with by the Exeter defence and Malik Mothersille was on hand to convert from eight yards.
