Gillingham and Newport County finished goalless at Priestfield on Saturday, a draw that leaves the Gills 10th in League Two and the Exiles 15th.
Gillingham had 67% of the possession, but Newport carried the greater threat, with 15 shots to the hosts' seven and five of them on target to Gillingham's one.
Newport Threaten Early
County were the more dangerous side in the opening stages and were kept level inside the opening 10 minutes only because James Brophy got in the way of an Adu-Poku effort on the goal line. Gillingham goalkeeper Ollie Wright then kept out a Harrison Biggins free-kick, and he stopped Adu-Poku again on the half-hour.
