A serious-looking injury for Harry Cornick marred a second successive win for Stevenage as they came from behind to beat Port Vale 2-1.
The striker, on loan from Bristol City, scored his first Boro goal on 25 minutes but appeared to badly injure his right ankle in doing so, immediately calling for attention as did his worried team-mates. It proved to be the final goal of the game.
Vale's Shock Early Lead
The visitors had taken a shock lead in the 10th minute, Elijah Williams' left-wing cross turned in by the slightest of touches from Jayden Stockley.
