Archie Collins struck from the edge of the box in the 65th minute to earn Peterborough United a 1-0 win at Burton Albion and a first victory in three League One games.
It was a result that came against the run of play for long spells, with Burton dominating the first half against a Peterborough side that went into the game propping up the table.
