Cheltenham Run Riot After Break to End Walsall's Play-off Hopes

· Match Report

A dominant second-half performance earned Cheltenham a 4-0 victory at Walsall and ended any lingering play-off hopes for the home side in the process.

Chances were few and far between in the first half, and it was the home side who had the pick of them. Albert Adomah curled an effort just wide, Charlie Lakin dragged a shot across goal and Daniel Kanu had a strike that deflected onto the crossbar.

Robins Seize the Game

It was a different story after the break, with the Robins taking the game by the scruff of the neck. George Miller skewed an effort wide with just the keeper to beat before the visitors finally found the breakthrough.
