Michael Cheek's second-half finish earned Bromley a first win in six games as they edged out Crewe by a 1-0 margin in League Two.
Andy Woodman's side worked hard for their success after Cheek's 52nd-minute strike at the Mornflake Stadium, although Crewe offered little quality in front of goal.
An Early Let-Off and a Returning Threat
Cheek made amends for wasting an early chance when Crewe skipper Mickey Demetriou lost his footing, leaving the striker free on the edge of the box in the third minute, only to shoot straight at goalkeeper Tom Booth.
