A Lee Bonis double helped Chesterfield beat Crewe Alexandra 2-0 as the Spireites moved back up into the League Two play-off places.
It was a closely fought encounter, but ultimately Chesterfield's attacking prowess paid dividends as Bonis scored either side of the break.
Chances Traded Before the Breakthrough
Both sides had opportunities to break the deadlock in the first period, with Liam Mandeville forcing a full-stretch save from Crewe goalkeeper Ian Lawlor before Emre Tezgel had a goal chalked off for the visitors for offside.
