Bishop's late leveller rescues Portsmouth after Morishita puts Rovers ahead

· Match Report

Colby Bishop came off the bench to turn in a 73rd-minute equaliser as Portsmouth drew 2-2 with Blackburn Rovers at Fratton Park, cancelling out a lead the visitors had held since the 55th minute.

Zak Swanson put Portsmouth ahead in the third minute and Oladapo Afolayan levelled for Rovers in the 10th. Ryoya Morishita then restored the visitors' advantage early in the second half, before Bishop, left out of the starting line-up, got the final touch on a Ryan Kavuma-McQueen effort.

Neither manager was satisfied. John Mousinho felt his side should have won, while Tony Mowbray said Rovers should have seen the game out.
