Josh Benson's superb late free-kick gave Rotherham their first away win of the season as the visitors came from a goal down to beat Northampton 2-1 at Sixfields.
Sam Hoskins' first-half penalty - his 100th Northampton goal - had put the hosts ahead, but Rotherham turned it around in the second half with Joe Rafferty levelling before Benson snatched victory.
Rotherham Start the Brighter
Hoskins was deemed marginally offside when he headed in Terry Taylor's cross in the eighth minute, but it was Rotherham who made the better start. Shaun McWilliams glanced wide and Martin Sherif miscued when well placed.
